PADUCAH, Ky. – The Poindexter brothers combined for just about half of the Rockets’ points in a 77-36 loss to host St;. Mary in the opening round of its annual Christmas Tournament Thursday.
Sophomore Conner Poindexter netted 14 points and senior Brayden Poindexter dropped a dozen. The older one had five fielders, including one three, and the younger sibling scored eight of his team-high at the foul line.
Crittenden is scheduled to play again at noon on Saturday against South Fulton, Tenn., in the St. Mary tournament.
