Crittenden County will face Owensboro in the title match on Sunday afternoon in the First Bank Holiday Bash at South Warren. The Lady Rockets finished pool play with two wins and one loss. Owensboro is 3-0 in the tournament.

Freshman Jordyn Hodge scored a career-high 29 points, all in the first three quarters. By the fourth period, Crittenden County was in full control and cleared its bench. Juniors Elliot Evans and Anna Boone contributed 15 and 12 points, respectively.

Ironically, South Oldham had defeated Walton-Verona earlier in the tournament—the only team to beat Crittenden County, which is 8-2 overall this season.

Hodge connected on 12 field goals, including eight points in the first quarter and 13 in the second. She added one three-pointer and went a perfect 4-for-4 from the foul line. Freshman Adri Berry, who has seen increased playing time recently, scored her first varsity points, finishing with four.
