MARION, Ky. – It took Calloway County an extra period to get it done, but the Lady Lakers came to Rocket Arena Tuesday night and handed Crittenden County's girls their first loss of the season.
The game was tied at 50 at the end of regulation, and Crittenden scored the first points of overtime, but couldn't hold on, losing 63-59.
Taylor Guess scored 25 for the Lady Rockets. Calloway had two players with more than 20 points.
The Lady Lakers are now 5-2 and Crittenden County is 6-1.
