Cardinals beat Crittenden by 30

MARION, Ky. – Crittenden County had nothing to stop Livingston Central’s roll in Friday’s Fifth District matchup at Rocket Arena. The Cardinals led by a comfortable margin early and handily won the Fifth District matchup 75-35. 

Livingston, behind three players in double figures, beat the Rockets for the third straight time.

The Cardinals are now 2-1 and 1-1 in district play while Crittenden slips to 0-4 overall and 0-2 in league action.

Crittenden will go to Lyon County Tuesday to complete its first trip through the district. The Lyons are ranked No. 21 in the state and are 5-0 on the season after beating Union County on the road Friday. 

Livingston will host Trigg County for a key district matchup on Tuesday. Each team has one win in league play.
